Offer terms

Who runs these offers: Antonio F Savignano, trading as AFS Photography. Email: info@afs-photography.co.uk. Shoots take place at XYZ Studios, Unit 37, Faircharm Trading Estate, Evelyn Drive, Leicester LE3 2BU, or at your venue.

Founding Client offer: you get free extra retouched images on top of your package. Headshot: 1 extra. Portfolio: 2 extra. Team Headshots or Event Coverage: 2 extra, for a business's first booking with us. Agency Digitals is not included. Package prices and contents stay the same. Extra retouched images are £15 each on our price list.

10 places, real end date: the offer runs from 12 October 2026 to 30 November 2026. Send your booking form by 30 November 2026 and pick a shoot date on or before 31 January 2027. The offer ends on 30 November 2026 even if places are left. We will not extend it.

How places are counted: when we confirm your booking, we hold a place for you for 7 days. It's yours when your 25% deposit reaches us. Places go in the order deposits arrive. One place per person or business. Each Team or Event booking is one place. If a deposit isn't paid, or a booking is cancelled before 30 November, the place goes to the next person. We take the offer down as soon as all 10 places are gone.

If your shoot moves: if your shoot has to move after 31 January 2027, you keep your free images.

Refer a Friend: if someone new books with us and tells us your name when they book, you get £10 credit. You get it once they've had their shoot and paid in full. One credit for each new client. "New" means they haven't booked with us before. You must be 18 or over. Model agencies can't earn credit. If you refer the company you work for, please check with your employer first.

Using your credit: it comes off the balance of your next booking, never the 25% deposit. Use it on a booking we confirm within 6 months. We'll email you the exact end date. You can use more than one credit on a booking. You can't use credit on a booking that gets Founding Client extras.

Credit is not cash: it can't be swapped for cash, and only you can use it. If you cancel a booking that used credit, we give the credit back with the same end date.

Your friend's privacy: please don't send us your friend's details. Your friend contacts us. We'll tell you when you've earned a credit, but we won't share their booking details.

Everything else: our booking terms still apply, including the deposit, cancellation charges and, if you book as an individual, your 14-day right to cancel. We can only change or end these offers early if something outside our control makes it necessary. That will never affect anyone who already has a place or a credit.
